Keep in mind that some of them are built on higher Town Hall accounts, but they only use the buildings available for the corresponding Town Hall!
Before we start I want to give you an extra tip if you choose to use an internet base layout – they sometimes get very popular, so people learn to handle and beat them. It always helps to adapt them a little bit. Here are the base layouts:
Town Hall 7 Farming Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This farming base is a roundup farming base and doesn’t focus on protecting your Dark Elixir but your Gold and Elixir. Depending on what you want to farm you can simply switch the Storages in the base design.
Town Hall 7 Farming Base for Dark Elixir protection – (click on the picture for a larger view): This TH7 Farming Base focus in protecting your Dark Elixir with a semi-exposed Town Hall. If you need to save up some DE you’re good with this base layout
Town Hall 7 Anti Dragon War Base / Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): Primarily, this war base is a classic Anti-Dragon design with the Air Defense setup. However, more and more attacker use Giant attacks as well so this base also has some nice trap surprises on the outside and many layers that will slow down the Giants. The inside Air Defenses also help if the attacker brought some Healer along with the Giants.
Town Hall 8 Dark Elixir Farming Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): The approach of this base is protecting Dark Elixir, but the other Storages aren’t that easy to reach neither. The good thing is that the core doesn’t contain of one defense that will let Giant attacks funnel in there.
Town Hall 8 War Base / Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): Town Hall 8 player will always have the same problem that there is a big variety of attacking compositions that will attack them (Hogs, Giants, Dragons and also first attempts with GoWiPe). This base features some good protection against all of them:
A true Anti-Everything base worth a try in Clan War.
Town Hall 9 Farming Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): I personally like this TH9 Farming Base a lot. The general setup and layout is very nice and I also like the trap placement. The attacker needs to make tough decisions and I don’t think he will be able to take out more than 2 Storages without investing a very strong army.
Town Hall 9 Anti 3 Star War Base / Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This base is a classic Anti-3-Star War Base. The outside defenses are protecting the Clan Castle from being lured easily without sending in a couple of troops (what no attacker wants to do) and the traps are also placed nice.
I would however recommend to place the Giant Bombs a little different on the other locations where this is possible. Make some friendly challenges on this base to find the best positions.
Town Hall 10 Farming Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): A very nice Town Hall 10 farming base setup! The Storages are very well-protected and you can switch them around to fit what you want to protect. The compartment setup is very solid to prevent easy access to the base.
Town Hall 10 War Base / Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): First of all ignore the open space of walls at the core – that’s a visual glitch and the walls are actually connected!
The base itself will prevent attacker getting near the Town Hall in the core. Works also good against Valkyrie attacks.
Town Hall 11 Farming Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): This is my current farming base and it works pretty good so far. I have seen some failed Queen Walks and no attacker ever took more than half of the available loot.
Town Hall 11 Anti Bowler War Base / Trophy Base – (click on the picture for a larger view): It’s hard to find an Anti-Bowler or Valkyrie War Base, but this one seems to work well. I’ve checked the replays and often Bowlers get around on the outside and don’t go for the Town Hall.
Have fun with your new base design!
